ORDERS

For customer service inquiries only, please email support@vmnutrition.com. Our Customer Service team is available M-S 10am to 6pm (UTC+5:30). We do our best to respond to all customers within 24 hours. 

If you received a damaged item or wrong product was dispatched to you or the units are missing as per ordered quantity; please do not open/break the protective-seal and immediately call us on 011-42657853. We will review all issues that are submitted within 14 days of delivery of the package. Requests received after this time frame are no longer eligible for review. Customers must provide photos/videos of any product/order issues along with their packing slip (please ensure stamped initials are visible) at support@vmnutrition.com  

Please contact our customer service team support@vmnutrition.com if you have not received your confirmation email after 24 hours of your purchase.

Due to the extremely limited nature of our products, all sales are final. Orders can not be cancelled, changed or modified once they have been placed. Please ensure all info is correct before submitting your order.

Unfortunately, we do not have samples at this time.

PAYMENTS

All prepaid payments are handled by a secure payment gateway provided by our partner RazorPay. All your transactions are secured with 128 bit SSL encryption and two factor authentication.

We supports the widest range of payment sources.

  • Debit/Credit cards - Visa, Master, Maestro, Rupay, Amex
  • Netbanking - 50+ banks supported
  • UPI payment (Google Pay etc)

SHIPPING/TRACKING

Your order will ship in 24 to 48 hours after your order has been received at our fulfilment centre(s).

Once shipped, delivery time for standard shipping within India is 2-7 business days depending on your location. 

You can track your order by using AWB# (tracking number) which will be sent via text/email after processing of your order is complete. The number gets activated within 24-48 hours and can be used to track your order on delivery partner’s website.

We are currently shipping in India only and do not offer international shipping, but we will soon. Please join our mailing list to get notified when international shipping is available.
