Returns
We strive to build quality relationships with customers, and we genuinely care for each one of them. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, promptly email us at support@vmnutrition.com and please include your name, date of purchase, and identify the product purchased. We will refund any unopened items that you are not happy with, within 7 days of receipt. After processing, please allow 5-7 business days for a credit to appear on your account.
Note: Items must be unused and in their original state; exchange/returns will not be accepted if the protective-seal has been opened, broken or tampered with and the original contents have been removed. 3% transaction charge and courier charges will be deducted from the original receipt.
We do not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges. Any return and/or exchange sent in after the allotted time will not be issued a refund and the items will not be sent back.
All sales are final during discounts/promotions/festive offers.
