If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, promptly email us at email@example.com and please include your name, date of purchase, and identify the product purchased. We will refund any unopened items that you are not happy with, within 7 days of receipt. After processing, please allow 5-7 business days for a credit to appear on your account.
Note: Items must be unused and in their original state; exchange/returns will not be accepted if the protective-seal has been opened, broken or tampered with and the original contents have been removed. 3% transaction charge and courier charges will be deducted from the original receipt.
We do not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges. Any return and/or exchange sent in after the allotted time will not be issued a refund and the items will not be sent back.
