How to Use

Whey Isolate Protein: Post Workout/Anytime

Mix 1 scoop with 200ml-300ml of cold water or milk. Shake well, drink and enjoy immediately after your workout. For the best results, consume 2-3 scoops daily between meals, before and after workouts to increase protein intake and maximise muscle gains.

Zeal Pre-workout: Before Workout

1 scoop mixed with 300ml of cold water 20-30 mins before your workout.

BCAA + Hydration: Before/During Workout

1 scoop mixed with 300-350ml of cold water during your workout. For the best results, consume 1-2 scoops any time of the day to improve hydration, muscle recovery and repair.

Creatine: Before/Post Workout

Add one level scoop (3g) in 250ml water or fruit juice pre / post workout. Mix well for 30 seconds until dispersed properly. Consume ample amount of water while taking this product.
