How to Use Sigma Mass

  • Mix 1 serving (3 scoops) with 300ml of cold water or milk. 
  • For the best results, consume 1-2 servings per day either in the morning, between meals, after a workout or before bed.
  • If preferred, consume 1/2 servings (1.5 scoop) 2-3 times per day.
  • Shake well and enjoy!
