WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours after being received by our fulfilment team.

Processing may occasionally take longer during:

Major product launches and restocks
Promotional or festive sales
Public holidays
Periods of unusually high order volume

Once your parcel leaves our facility, you will receive its tracking details.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Standard delivery across India normally takes 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier serviceability.

Deliveries to remote locations may occasionally require additional time.

Please remember that dispatch and delivery are separate:

Dispatch: 24–48 hours
Delivery after dispatch: 2–7 business days

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is dispatched, we will send your AWB number and tracking link by SMS or email.

Tracking numbers can require 24–48 hours to become active after being generated. If the tracking page initially shows no movement, please allow the courier system time to update.

WHAT IF MY TRACKING HASN’T MOVED?

Courier scans can occasionally take time to update, particularly between transit hubs.

Your tracking has not updated for more than 48 hours
Your order has passed its expected delivery window
The courier has marked the parcel delivered, but you have not received it

We will investigate directly with the delivery partner. If a shipment is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR DELIVERY DETAILS

Before completing your order, confirm that your:

Full name is correct
Delivery address is complete
PIN code is accurate
Mobile number is active

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will try to correct it before dispatch, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or left our facility.

Please keep your phone available during the expected delivery period so the courier can reach you if required.

DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PARCELS

Every order should arrive sealed and ready to use.

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, leaking, tampered with or incorrect, photograph the outer packaging and product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once verified, we will resolve it according to our Returns, Replacements & Refunds Policy.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At present, we ship within India only.

International shipping is not currently available. Join our mailing list to be notified when that changes.
